"An anatomical based teacher training program with hands on learning, lesson planning and lots of teaching opportunities."
Testimony:
“Starting this YTT course was very scary but Micki's belief is me has made me begin to believe in myself. I have not only been learning to write yoga sequences for class, I also believe I will be teaching them one day. I have learned so much about the true meaning of yoga; focusing inward and finding inner peace.
Whether or not I ever become a yoga teacher, the lessons I have learned, the love I have been shown, and the gift of learning to believe in myself have made me a better person.
I will carry her and this experience with me forever.” ~ Dana
