How long has it been since you renewed YOU?

We focus all our energies on taking care of others, it leaves little time for ourselves. 

One of the things I loved about being a classroom teacher, was I had a creative outlet for my inspirations.  This often translated over into cool ideas for my students that were inspiring and motivating. Each time I create a new class series or workshop, I get to use my passions to share motivating lessons, hand outs and ideas for a home practice, with my yoga students.
